The impact of digital transformation is increasing the interest in the field of data science day by day. In parallel with this increase, the number of websites built on data science, data science-oriented courses opened at universities, data science trainings offered in online courses, and national and international R&D projects containing data science features have increased significantly.

Today, tens of thousands of people who are interested in data science and want to do something in this field download ready-made data sets produced for a specific purpose and perform data science applications on them. Although this process has many advantages, since there is no scenario defined from the beginning to the end, there are always missing pieces in one's mind about why one does data science solutions. In the book written in order to solve this problem; Data science problems that may be encountered in daily life in the fields of Customer Services, Human Resources, Electronic Commerce, Health Services and Energy were defined in scenarios and guidance was given on their solutions using different data science approaches. Although the book is result-oriented with scenarios and applications, it also includes comprehensive theoretical knowledge when necessary and can be used as a resource in undergraduate and graduate courses such as Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Data Mining.

The solutions of the scenarios in the book are coded with the Python programming language, which is widely used in the field, and are given with their explanations. At the end of each chapter of the book, questions were asked in order to reinforce the topics covered in the scenario and to encourage the readers to research.
